Summary: This boutique hotel was definitely a vibe. There’s a cafe on the property, which I utilized daily for my morning coffee fix. I love the eco-friendly, modern, minimalistic aesthetic. The hotel was a great value for the money. During my stay, the bar hosted a Deily happy hour, and there was even a book signing event for a local Asian chef. Overall, I very much enjoyed my stay and would return next time I am in LA!

Summary: The staff was efficient and well prepared. From valet to in the room probably took no more than 20 minutes. The room was modern and clean. There is the distinct smell of concrete, however it didn't bother me too much. The location was convenient because I was attending a concert at The Wiltern. Didn't get the opportunity to enjoy the restaurant or pool. Overall, The Line was pricey yet reasonable for my needs.

Summary: I loved everything about this hotel — the overall design of the rooms, the lobby, and the bar is just stunning. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location couldn’t be better for what I wanted to do: I went to a concert at the Wiltern Theatre, caught a Dodgers game, and explored tons of amazing food spots all around Koreatown — seriously, the dining options are endless. I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the hotel’s amenities this time, but I’m definitely planning to do so on my next visit. Highly recommend The LINE for anyone who appreciates great design, convenience, and an authentic LA vibe.

Summary: Lovely, Clean room. It's not the most walkable area, but there are lovely views of the Hollywood Hills and great food around Koreatown.

Summary: We reserve a stay at this hotel at least once a year for around 5 years now. When we first stayed there, it was great. However, as the years pass the rooms are looking more worn and dirty. The windows are dirty or cracked, and the curtains are broken. We have had a smoke detector beeping because it needed a battery change at 2AM and had to wait until it was changed. They charge a resort fee but don’t even provide small perks like free coffee in the morning. The only positive is that they allow pets and don’t have a pet fee and the bed is comfortable. My biggest problem is the valet parking. It’s $55 a night plus tax. I don’t mind the charge but they are always busy and rushing you. They get mad if you take too long and seem to always be looking for a tip. If I’m paying for valet parking + tax + tip, I should be able to take my time. We have also had a drunk guest ram our car in their lot during a previous stay. The surrounding area is also dirty. If you are with a pet, be prepared to wash their feet every night. I am not sure if we would stay there again. Perhaps if the price is right and we have an appointment in the area. If you don’t travel with a pet, I would look elsewhere.

Summary: Love this hotel but it is time for a refresh. The carpet over ten years old is dirty . The food is overpriced and too complicated. The same wierd objets d'art and no phone in the room and the plumbing is always clogged in sink and bath . They need to rethink all that and refresh the menue. Would be great to see the rooms redecorated .

Summary: Possibly the coolest hotel I’ve stayed in, the LINE was perfect for our last night in LA. The staff were friendly and helpful, check-in and valet were smooth, and the room (and pool) was absolutely beautiful. For similar comparison, I instantly preferred the vibe over Ace Hotel. We were also given 2x free drink tokens from the bar :) The $150 nightly deposit fee and $60 valet is a bit steep, but we’d prepared for this in advance. Just a warning: there’s also a $30 (plus tax) amenity fee.
